WOD:

5 rounds for time of:
- 40 double-unders
- 30 box jumps, 24"
- 20 KB swings, 1.5 pood

Got kinda crushed by the boxjumps once again.  Still a big weakness.  Double-unders were not 100%, but they are definitely getting better.
