Even minutes – burpees (10)
B. 2 sets of:
20 GHD sit-ups
20 Hip extensions
A. 20 minutes. HSPUs were
tough today, probably because of the burpees (vs. rowing last Sunday). Started at 5, then 3, then
1 :(
