225 Deadlifts
135 Overhead Squat

Time - 16:24

2 - 3 days of poor eating (lots of temptation and poor availability of healthy alternatives), too many beers on Sunday, etc. No one to blame but myself and my now poor OHS form.

To Do:
Improve Oly lifts, OHS, Cleans, Jerks
