Evening WOD
A. 20 minutes to work up to a 1-RM Front Squat
B. Warm-up with 2-3 sets of 2-3 reps of a Back Squat with
our 1-RM Front Squat weight from today.
Then, do a max set for reps with that weight
C. Partner WOD, for time:
400 meter run
Each partner does 3 sets of 5 of clean and jerk with 185
lbs. (alternating between partners)

Results:
A. 295
B. 5 reps ? not sure
C. 6:XX
