'Murph'

100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run

20 minute PR!! Last time I did this WOD (long time ago, June 2010), I set my goal as 45 - 50 minutes. Almost exceeded my goal. Yay me!

Messed up counting push-ups. Did 20 - 40 too many
