WOD:

7 rounds for time:
- 3 Front squats, 185#s
- 7 'L' pull-ups

Last time, 5/1/10, I did it in 10:29. So a 1.5 minute PR.
Did the front squats 'from the ground' as opposed to taking them from a rack.
