A.  Two sets of:
Front Squat x 8-10 reps @ 75% of 1-RM
Rest 4 minutes

B.  Three sets of:
Back Squat x 5 reps @ 75-80% of 1-RM
Rest 3 minutes

A. 8 x 225#s x 2
B. 5 x 300#s x 3
