Workout of the Day

 “Sage at 20″
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
135/95 lb. Thruster x 20 reps
Pull-Ups x 20 reps
Burpees x 20 reps

3 rounds + 5 thrusters
Wow! That was tough.  Nothing like going straight from burpees to thrusters. I really slowed down during the third round.  Felt like I could not breath and that got into my head.
