Workout of the Day

A. 20 min AMRAP    
10 Wall ball shots w/30# ball
10 Pull-ups
10 KB swings w/70# KB
10 Toes to bar

7 rounds + 7 wall balls

Butter flied all my pull-ups today.  Butter fly kip felt really good.
