7 C2B Pull ups
10 1-arm DB Snatch, 45/30 - alternating

2.  Skills:
OTM x 12:
Odd:  5-10 unbroken Ring Dips
Even:  3-5 Overhead Pause Squats, 95/65 - 5 second pause at the rock bottom position.


1. 7 + 5 HSPUs
2. Ring Dips: 8, 6, 5,5,5,5
