2. 7 Min AMRAP:

3 Chest to Bar Pull-ups,
6 Clean and Jerk,
6 Chest to Bar Pull-ups,
9 Clean and Jerk,
9 Chest to Bar Pull-ups…..


1. 135 (felt good here, so I stopped)
