Did some olympic weightlifting and then a metcon today.  I am going to try to squeeze in an 'Oly' workout in every Tuesday before a short metcon.

(squat) Clean & jerk 5 x 185# (80%) x 3
Front Squats 5 x 220# (80%) x 2

5 rounds of
- 15 x 185# deadlifts
- 15 toes to bar
