WOD:

For time, 4 rounds of:
5 muscle-ups
10 x 245# Deadlift
15 GHD sit-ps
50/100/150/200 yard sprint (sprint 50 yards every round)

Time: 15:39

2nd WOD (goal - unbroken reps)
3 rounds for time of:
- 15 wall ball shots
- 15 burpees

5:27 (all unbroken except for one accidentally dropped ball)

*Need to work on multiple muscle up in a row.*
