Workout of the Day

A.  Snatch (full squat snatch)
Build to a heavy single in 15-20 minutes.

B.  Four sets of:
Snatch Balance + 2 Overhead Squats
Rest as needed.

C.  Five sets of:
Back Squat x 2 reps
Rest as needed.


A.   185 lbs. (10# PR!)  Big PR on this one today!  Up almost 30 lbs. since 12-1-12!
B.  135, 155, 175(F), 175(F), 175(F), 135
C. 315, 325,335,345, 355
